Next day delivery orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm for delivery the next working day. I bought this for my husband as I was sick of finding hairs everywhere after shaving and it’s good, much better than trying to wash the hairs away, it does really need to be on a flat surface, which in most bathrooms is the shower or floor! Be aware also that this also has to be on a completely dry surface to work effectively & that is something that family bathrooms won’t be most of the time!

I bought both the shaver and Vacgroom device. The shaver is great, but the The Vacgroom arrived fault. I was offered a refund and to return the device via UPS. Unfortunately I spent some time in hospital shortly afterwards so didn't get around to returning the device, luckily Kelly from customer services offered to send a replacement anyway after learning that I was unable to leave the house to return it. Great customer service and both the shaver and Vacgroom are game changing! Thanks so much.

I this is a great little tool, I normally trim straight onto the floor and use this to pick up hair off the floor and hair that gets caught on my shirt and trousers!

Handy little tool, I'd say picks up about 95% of the hair but i have a pretty curved sink so. The remaining few are less than a one second job, use it everytime. Wife uses it around the house to picks crumbs etc too

This product is great if you know how to use it! In the box you get a simple message on how to get the best out of the product, read it, do not throw it away :) Using it properly will take it from good to very good at what it does.

Looked much better than i thought it would, fits in the hand nice, easy to use, already charged out the box. Did the job nice. Had to use the brush to sweep up some hairs stuck in the groove between the tap and sink, for obvious reasons the vacgroom can't pick them up unless they're swept out. Easy work once that was done, clean sink in seconds. No mess on hands, a tip for everyone else is to use the brush to sweep hairs on the curved bits of the sink down into the middle too, helps picks up all the hairs easily.
