Refunds & Returns

Order cancellation

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. It can be returned back to Groomen, provided the product is unopened and unused but cost of return is incurred by the customer.

Refunds & Returns

In accordance with Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, you have the right to cancel any order for up to 14 days from the moment of delivery. To cancel your order you must notify us by email on our contact page within this 14 day period and return the product back to us within 28 days of the moment of delivery. You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the product back. The cost of delivery for returns of non-faulty products will be paid by you. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of the parcel to the address provided for returns. Obtaining proof of postage and/or tracking numbers as well as insuring the return package for the correct amount should be considered in case the package is lost in transportation. You may want to take photos of the products in case they are damaged during transportation.

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

  • Products which are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Groomen NoNick Trimmers come sealed in a plastic wrapping. If this wrapping is not sealed the product will be considered ‘used’ and you will lose your right to cancel. Due to the nature of the Vacgroom product, should it have been opened or used you will lose your right to cancel.

All products you wish to return should be in their original packaging.   

We take pride in our Groomen products and want you to be happy using them. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know via the contact page on our website and we will provide a return address and replacement or refund, as preferred. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or we may ask to have the product returned for inspection. If the product is deemed faulty you will receive a full refund including shipping costs within 14 days of us receiving the product back.

If you are unhappy with your product and it has not been used, please contact us at customersupport@groomenuk.com, where will give further details on how to get a refund or exchange for the product.

All products come with a one year limited warranty. 

Limited Warranty

We warrant to the person who originally purchases the product from our website that all products will be free from defects for their applicable warranty period, shown below, subject to the conditions below.

To approve your warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from Groomenuk.com and be able to provide proof of purchase
  • You must return the product to GroomenUK
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s instructions

If a defect occurs during the product’s intended use, and during the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. Third party modifications are not covered by the warranty.
