We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. Which is why we provide free delivery across the UK. There is also a next day delivery option available at checkout.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Groomen is not liable if the incorrect address is given during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will take full responsibility for any error made on our part and refund or resend your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled nor can the delivery address be changed. Please check all details carefully before proceeding with an order. Unwanted orders can be returned for full refund but cost of return is not covered by Groomen.

DELIVERY TIME

All orders with standard delivery will be dispatched the next working day. We use a Royal Mail 48 service for our standard free delivery, with a delivery aim of 2-3 business days. The maximum delivery time for this service as advised by Royal Mail is 10 business days. Any orders not received within 10 business days will be resent. 

We use a Royal Mail 24 service for our next day delivery, with a delivery aim of the next business day. All orders made before 12pm with next day delivery will be dispatched the same day. Any order made after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day, so any order placed between Friday after 12pm to Monday before 12pm will be dispatched on the Monday.

Please note all delivery arrival times are estimates and aims given by Royal Mail and not guarantees made by us. We guarantee your orders will be processed on time and dispatched in accordance with the above but we cannot legislate for any delays on the courier's side. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Occasionally, when using our free shipping, tracking is not available. If you did not receive a tracking number please contact us and we will provide you with it. It is your responsibility to monitor this tracking information and notify us if your order has not been received within 21 days of your confirmation email. Failure to notify us within this given time may void your right to cancelling your order so please monitor tracking data carefully. 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes a few business days for the tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Yes, however many products you order, they will all be packaged together
